My World, My Work

I grew up in Los Angeles, with a love of sports. I spent my best years playing baseball at all levels. I dedicated my life to baseball and earned a scholarship to University of Hawaii at Hilo, where I spent some amazing years.

I found a love for videography from being surrounded be the immersive beauty of the Big Island. That is where the journey begun. It all started with a GoPro and youtube tutorials. From 4 Mile Beach that the boys and I frequented before and after practice. To the late night Wednesday trips to Uncle Roberts before trying to reach the lava flow by foot in the pitch black darkness.

My time in Hawaii ended in 2020 as I moved back to Los Angeles. This was where the hobby became the journey. I found myself back surrounded by my family for the first time since 2013. I was trying to find out who I wanted to be . I was living in our family RV Trailer in my parents driveway. It was all just part of the journey. Stuck during a lockdown with youtube and time to kill. It was a mix of Peter McKinnon and Buttery Films vlogs that ignited the obsession for filming.

My plan was simple, film anything and everything and figure it out after. I carried my camera around at all times, just in case I found something of interest. It was the family trips to Lake Powell and into the Mountains of Mammoth that nail in the coffin. I knew this is exactly what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I drew inspirations from the ones closest to me. My brother and sister-in-law, Andre and Ally. These two are business owners and adventure seekers. I find myself reaching out for tips at all times of the night. I look up to them and what they have built in their Photo & Film business. They are the traveling duo I would catch a ride with on their next adventures.

Traveling around with a newly opened mind to beautiful world around was a major part of the journey. But some people are luck enough to find their soulmate early in life and I found mine at the perfect time. I was lucky enough to find my lifetime passenger. From the first date to the middle of the desert to watch the stars, I knew she was it. We continued our traveling journey all over California to Utah to island hopping in Hawaii. This same camera has captured smiles from the chocolate farms near Hilo to the snowing mountain tops of Mauna Kea on the Big Island of Hawaii. We continued our journey but this time away from home and our families.

Just an easy 9.5 hour drive down the 15 freeway, we planted our roots in Utah. With the Wasatch Mountain range in my backyard, I am only a 15 minute drive to the Sundance Resort where we love to walk around capturing the beauty of the infamous resort. The journey has really just scratch the surface. There are so many more deserts, mountains and lakes for my camera to capture. With a insidious obsession with golf, I have my work cut out to experience the most beautiful golf courses all over the world.

In a world that’s always in motion, I am here to pause, reflect, and encapsulate the beauty of life, one frame at a time. Together, we’ll explore the endless possibilities of storytelling through motion images, leaving an indelible mark on every viewer’s heart and mind.
